Like the previous Resistance games, Resistance 3 is a fast-paced first-person shooter, putting players directly in the heart of the sci-fi battle. There are 20 chapters to complete, spread across five main areas in the game. Chapters are mostly linear, tasking players with defeating every Chimera monster they see and reaching the exit alive.
